Titanium Dioxide Report: As per reports,India imported 14338 MT of Tio2 in November 2009, which comprises of 12414 MT (87%) of Titanium Dioxide Rutile and 1924 MT (13%) of Titanium Dioxide Anatase.It imported 4570 MT (32%) from Taiwan, 2903 MT (20%) from USA, 1804 MT (13%) from Australia, 1363 MT (10%) from China, 1096 MT (8%) from Singapore, 599 MT (4%) from Germany, 520 MT (4%) from Saudi, 484 MT (3%) from Korea, 202 MT (1%) from Czech, 177 MT (1%) from other countries, 160 MT (1%) from Belgium, 136 MT (1%) from Malaysia, 126 MT (1%) from Finland, 118 MT (1%) from Japan, and 80 MT (1%) from Italy and 1096 MT (1%) from Singapore. India imported 10451 MT (73%) into JNPT, 3189 MT (22%) into Madras and 698 MT (5%) into Calcutta.
